Diana Ross (nome completo: Diane Ernestine Ross, nascida em 26 de março de 1944 em Detroit, Michigan) é uma artista americana de soul, R&B e pop, e uma das cantoras mais famosas de seu tempo.
Segunda dentre seis irmãos, três mulheres e três homens, filhos do operário Fred Ross e da professora Ernestine Earle Ross, formou, junto com Mary Wilson, Florence Ballard e Barbara Martin um grupo chamado The Primettes, em 1959. Depois de assinarem com a gravadora Motown em 1961, seu nome foi mudado para The Supremes, em 1963.
