Ela também é conhecida como membro não-fixo da banda Hem, a qual ela empresta sua voz para vocais de harmonia e toca xilofone. Ela já trabalhou como uma engenheira de som na Stratosphere Sound em Nova York e no estúdio pessoal de Philip Glass. Ela já dividiu palco com artistas como Josh Ritter, Suzanne Vega, Jose Gonzales, Feist, The Weakerthans, Andrew Bird, Midlake e muitos outros.
