Biografia:
É uma banda estadunidense de alternative rock, formada na Califórnia, Estados Unidos.
A história da banda começa em 1998, no estado de Louisiana, nos Estados Unidos, quando os irmãos Jared (vocal) e Shannon Leto (bateria) resolvem montar uma banda de rock. Nos primeiros anos, trabalharam sozinhos nas canções escritas por Jared, que mais tarde viriam a fazer parte de seu primeiro CD, “30 Seconds To Mars” lançado em agosto de 2002, contando com 12 faixas.
