Sir Cliff Richard (ou Harry Rodger Webb, nascido em Lucknow, Índia, em 14 de outubro de 1940) é um dos cantores mais populares do Reino Unido.
Com sua banda de apoio The Shadows, ele dominou o cenário musical popular britânico no final dos anos 50 e começo dos 60, antes do surgimentos do The Beatles. Uma conversão para o Cristianismo e uma subsequente sofisticação em sua música levou Richard de sua imagem inicial rock em direção ao pop.
