Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco (Laguna, Filipinas, 10 de maio de 1992), é uma cantora de Pop e R&B. Começou sua carreira musical participando de vários concursos em seu país. Participou dos programas The Ellen DeGeneres e The Oprah Winfrey nos Estados Unidos. Após o sucesso nos programas, assinou um contrato com a 143 Records. Sua carreira musical estava somente começando, e em 2008 fez dueto com Andrea Bocelli e com Céline Dion.
