Quatro anos de trabalho duro!Neste mês de maio fizemos quatro anos no ar. Continuamos trabalhando na divulgação deste maravilhoso instrumento, obrigado por participar da nossa história!
I was upset that it wasn't already up here in completion, so I got the whole thing down and decided to share it because I love all of your faces. :D E Our love is dead but without limit, A like the surface of the moon EB7 or the land between here and the mountains. E Well, it is not these hiding places A that have kept us innocent EB7E but the way you taught me to just let it all go by. E And so we've learned to be as faithless, A stand behind bulletproof glass, EB7 exchanging our affections through a drawer. E And it was always horribly convenient A and happening too fast. EB7E You should count your change before you're even out the door.
Yes, you should but please...
AE Return, return to the person that you were. C#mB And I will do the same AE cause it is too hard to belong to someone who is gone. F#mAE My compass spins. The wilderness remains.
E Once too often, I have retreated A into the depths of my despair. EB7 I built a barricade to block you on the road. E I was standing there with all of my possessions A piled higher than a house, EB7E I felt closer to you than you ever would have known. E So let each tiny acts of charity A be common ground on which to build EB7 the monument that will commemorate our times. E And though, you swear you've found another A who will surely speed you on your way, EB7E don't let the forest grow over that path you came there by. But you will, so...
AE So hurry up and run to the one that you love. C#mB And blind him with your kindness. AE And he'll make war, old war, on who you were before. F#mAE And claim all that has spoiled in your heart.
E Now, I tell myself I've mended A under these patches of blue sky. EB7 There are still a few holes that let in a little rain. E And it's been crying on my shingles. A My floorboards moan under my feet. EB7E The refrigerator is whining, so I've got reason to complain. E But I am not gonna bless you with such compliments, A some degrading psalm of praise, EB7 like the kind that converted you to me so long ago. EA Because the truth is that gossip's as good as gospel in this town. EB7E You can save your face but you won't ever save your soul.
Baby that's a fact.
AE So hurry up and run to the one that you love. C#mB And tie him up in your likeness, AE And he'll become, become the prisoner I was. F#mAE And know all that has spoiled in your heart. F#mAE And know all that has spoiled in your heart.
AE So hurry up and run to the one that you love. C#mB And blind him with your kindness. AE And he'll make war, old war, on who you were before. F#mAE And claim all that has spoiled in your heart. F#mAE Yeah, he'll claim all that has spoiled in your heart.
