Billie Marten (nome de performance de Isabella Sophie Tweddle, nascida em 27 de Maio de 1999) é uma cantora e compositora inglesa de Ripon, em North Yorkshire. Ela ficou conhecida com a idade de doze anos, quando um vídeo de seu canto apareceu no YouTube e atraiu milhares de ouvintes. Ela lançou seu primeiro EP com apenas quinze anos de idade em 2014, e seu segundo EP um ano depois. No final de 2015 ela foi indicada para o prêmio Sound of 2016 da BBC.
