William Harrison "Bill" Withers, Jr. (Slab Fork, Virgínia Ocidental, 4 de julho de 1938 - Los Angeles, Califórnia, 30 de março de 2020 ) foi um cantor e compositor norte-Americano que teve seu auge de popularidade entre o início da década de 1960 e a primeira metade da década de 1980. Algumas de suas canções mais conhecidas são "Ain't No Sunshine", "Use Me", "Lovely Day", "Lean on Me", "Grandma's Hands" e "Just the Two of Us". Sua vida foi objeto do documentário Still Bill, lançado em 2009.
