Amanda Palmer (Lexington, 30 de Abril de 1976) é uma artista americana que despontou como vocalista e pianista da banda The Dresden Dolls. Desde então, também desenvolveu sua carreira solo, além de ser uma das "metades" da dupla Evelyn Evelyn, criada em parceria com Jason Webley.
