Alex Clare (nascido em 1985) é um cantor e compositor britânico, de Londres, Inglaterra . Seu álbum de estréia, The Lateness of the Hour, foi lançado no Reino Unido em 11 de Julho de 2011, com o selo da Island Records e foi produzido por Switch and Diplo. O album atingiu a posição #1 na Alemanha e #17 em UK, e graças ao comercial do Internet Explorer 9, que usava a musica "Too Close", segundo single do album, a musica virou hit por toda a Europa e alcançou a posição #7 na Billboard Hot 100 e #3 no UK Charts.
