Alela Diane Menig (20 de abril de 1983, Nevada, Califórnia, USA) é uma cantora e compositora americana, que está associada com o psych folk e ao movimento "New weird America". Cresceu cantando com seus pais que são músicos e apresentando-se no coral da escola. Ela aprendeu sozinha a tocar violão, e começou a escrever canções mirabolantes e diferentes.
