Vanessa Lee Carlton (Milford - Pensilvânia, 16 de Agosto de 1980) é uma cantora, escritora e pianista norte-americana que ficou conhecida em 2002 pelo hit de verão A Thousand Miles de seu primeiro álbum de estúdio Be Not Nobody, que vendeu cerca de 2,5 milhões de cópias ao redor do mundo.
A Thousand Miles tornou-se um clássico da música pop, aparecendo mais tarde na trilha sonora do filme White Chicks (2004) e sendo homenageada com diversas versões cover.
