Robyn Rowan Hitchcock (3 de Março de 1953) é um cantor-compositor e guitarrista nascido em Cambrigde, Inglaterra. Primariamente um vocalista e guitarrista, ele também toca gaita, piano e baixo. Vindo ao destaque em 1976 com os Soft Boys, Hitchcock após isso lançou uma prolífera carreira solo. Seus estilos musicais e líricos foram influenciados por estilos como os de Bob Dylan, John Lennon e Syd Barrett. As letras de Hitchcock tendem a conter surrealismo
