Biografia:
Prince Rogers Nelson (7 de junho de 1958 - 21 de abril de 2016, Minneapolis, Minnesota, EUA) foi um talentoso multi-instrumentista, músico e dançarino. Sua música mescla diversos gêneros musicais, como funk, R&B, soul, new wave, jazz, rock, pop e hip hop.
Prince tinha a habilidade de juntar elementos de todos estes estilos musicais fazendo uso de sintetizadores e baterias eletrônicas desde o início de sua carreira no fim dos anos 1970, tornando conhecido o som de Minneapolis, que influencia muitos artistas até hoje.
