Biografia:
Phosphorescent é o nome artístico do cantor e compositor americano, Matthew Houck, nascido em 1980. Matthew Começou a gravar pelo nome de Phosphorescent em 2001 em Athens, Geórgia. Atualmente ele se encontra situado em Brooklyn, Nova Iorque.
Antes de gravar sob o nome de Phosphorescent, Matthew Houck viajou no mundo sob a alcunha de Fillup Shack e lançou o álbum "Hipolit" em 2000. Matthew mais tarde mudou seu nome artístico para Phosphorescent, e, em seguida, lançou o LP "Hundred Times or More" em 2003.
