Biografia:
Passion Pit é uma banda de Indie Pop formada em Cambridge, Massachusetts, Estados Unidos, em 2007. A banda é composta por Michael Angelakos (vocais, teclados), Ian Hultquist (teclados, guitarra), Ayad Al Adhamy (sintetizadores, samples), Jeff Apruzzese (baixo e teclado) e Nate Donmoyer (bateria). Passion Pit é uma palavra derivada de uma gíria que se refere aos locais de amasso nos cinemas drive-in.
As primeiras quatro faixas do EP Chunk of Change, foram feitas por Michael como presente de Dia dos Namorados para sua namorada.
