Biografia:
Oren Lavie cresceu em Tel Aviv (israel) e em 1998 foi para Londres estudar teatro, onde produziu duas peças além de compor a trilha sonora de ambas. Três anos depois, mudou-se para Nova York, onde decidiu priorizar a música. Em 2007 lançou seu primeiro álbum, “The Opposite Side Of the Sea”
Ele também esta com uma musica no filme As Crônicas de Nárnia - o Príncipe Caspian com a musica “A Dance 'Round The Memory Tree”
