O trabalho foi elogiado e criticado ao mesmo tempo pela imprensa norte-americana que morreu de amores pelo CD, mas criticou ferozmente a mixagem das músicas, argumentando que a voz de Nicole estava escondida sob o instrumental de sua banda, The Sea.
