Duo technopop formado em Londres, Inglaterra, em 1.981 por Rob Fisher (05/11/59 - 26/08/99 - vocais, teclados, percussao eletronica e sintetizadores) e Pete Byrne (vocais, teclados, sintetizadores, experimentos com Fairlight, etc..).
No fim dos anos 70, com a chegada ao topo da parada britânica de Das Model do Kraftwerk, primeira música não cantada em inglês a ocupar o topo da parada, surgiram novos rumos e novas vertentes para a música, capitaneados por diversas bandas como o Human League
