Biografia:
My Chemical Romance (geralmente abreviado para MCR ou My Chem) é uma banda de rock dos Estados Unidos, formada em 2001, em New Jersey por Gerard Way (vocal), Ray Toro (guitarra solo), Frank Iero (guitarra base), Mikey Way (baixo).Os integrantes são oriundos de Belleville, Newark e Kearny em New Jersey.O nome da banda foi idéia de Mikey Way, que retirou-o do livro “Ecstasy: Three Tales of Chemical Romance” de Irvine Welsh.
A banda foi formada pelo vocalista Gerard Way e pelo ex-baterista Matt Pelissier.
