Biografia:
Mineral foi uma banda de emo, formada em 1994 por: Chris Simpson (voz, guitarra), Scott McCarver (guitarra), Jeremy Gomez (baixo), and Gabriel Wiley (batera). No início, a banda era situada em Houston, Texas, mas logo após sua formação mudou-se para Austin. Todos os quatro integrantes assinaram contratos individuais com a Interscope Records. Desde então, todos eles se envolveram em outros projetos musicais como The Gloria Record, Pop Unknown e Zookeeper.
