A artista musical, cujo o nome de nascença é Diana Gordon, foi contratada para a Atlantic Records, que anunciou o lançamento do seu EP em Março de 2008 e o seu primeiro LP, intitulado Wynter Time, em Julho. No dia 2 de Janeiro de 2008 ela anunciou na sua página do MySpace que o videoclip para o seu primeiro single, "Surveillance" já tinha sido gravado.
