Ultimate Spinach é uma banda de rock psicodélico formada em 1967, em Boston, Estados Unidos. É uma original mistura de rock psicodélico, folk, música clássica em alternância de ótimas passagens instrumentais e vocais poderosos. Destaque para o uso de instrumentos como flauta, sitar, cravo e o teremim. As canções do grupo geralmente trazem letras inteligentes inspiradas no flower power e no movimento beatnik dos anos 50. Um trabalho muito injustiçado se colocado na balança de forma comparativa ao seu nível de qualidade.
