C#m: E + pinky on the 4th fret of the A string.
B: E + pinky on the 4th fret of the D string.
A: As usual but keep your index finger on the G string to switch chords easier.

To create the "twists" that are played on the E chords in the song play like this:
To play the first one that is played first in the intro and then played a lot through the rest of the song
just add and remove your pinky from the 2nd fret of the G string while keeping your other fingers in place.
To play the second twist that you can hear after the instrumental keep your fingers in an E shape and first
put your pinky on the 2nd fret of the B string and then slide it to the 4th fret of the same string then move
your pinky up to the 4th fret of the G string.
