The Modern Post is the band Dustin Kensrue (formerly of Thrice) started in 2012 in order to help lead worship at the church he acts as a Deacon for.
Their music is characterized by: middy lead basslines, chime-y guitar riffs, swirly melodies, somber vocals, thin drums, and a bittersweet atmosphere.
