The Black Angels é uma banda americana de Austin, Texas formada em 2004. Seu nome deriva da música do The Velvet Underground, "The Black Angel's Death Song".
Belas guitarras, letras agressivas e incomuns nos dias de hoje, esbarrando em influências que vão de The Doors a Pink Floyd. Com base no blues e psicodelia somada a letras perturbadoras, formam um clima sombrio e rock & roll.
