Biografia:
Nascido em Memphis, Tennessee, o guitarrista começou sua carreira aos 15 anos de idade no famoso Black Oak Arkansas. No mesmo ano em que conquistou seu lugar na banda, fez o seu primeiro ao lado de Pat Travers. Posteriormente estaria acompanhando o conjunto na festa de comemoração da posse de Bill Clinton como governador do estado de Arkansas.
Partindo para projetos próprios, Shawn deu início às atividades do The Willy's. O trabalho chamou imediatamente a atenção de artistas como Kirk Hammett, George Lynch, Ted Nugent e Billy Gibson.
