Biografia:
Muito antes de ser conhecido como grande vocalista na cena Hard Rock/Heavy Metal, a voz do metal (como ficou conhecido) Ronnie James Dio integrou bandas mais próximas do que era tendência no Rock'n'Roll em suas épocas, no caso as décadas de 50 e 60. Uma dessas bandas é a Ronnie Dio and the Prophets,
A formação era a seguinte:
Dick Bottoff- Guitarra
Ronnie James Dio - Vocais / Baixo
Nick Pantas - Guitarra
Tommy Rogers- Bateria / Percussão (mais tarde substituído por Gary Driscoll)
