Biografia:

Nascidos das cinzas da antiga banda Anatomy Of A Ghost, John Gourley (na voz) e Zach Carothers (na guitarra), de Wasilla, Alaska, E.U.A., decidem continuar o trabalho em conjunto e criam um novo projecto, agora com o polémico nome Portugal. The Man.
Têm as suas raízes no rock, com elementos folk, soul e até mesmo blues. Já contam com quatro álbuns na sua discografia: “Waiter: You Vultures!”, seguido de “Church Mouth”, um album detentor de maior "agressividade".
