Biografia:
Em 2012, Christie oficializou sua parceira com Colin, o caçula dos DuPree, e os dois criaram a banda chamada Merriment. Seu primeiro EP, agora disponibilizado para venda - somente durantes os shows e no iTunes, o disco não chegou às lojas -, recebeu o nome de Through The Rough, lançado no mesmo ano. Pouco tempo depois, a banda gravou o videoclipe de "Blessed Soul", o maior destaque do EP. Throught The Rough EP, para a surpresa de todos, alcançou logo no seu primeiro dia
