Biografia:
Tegan e Sara Quin são gêmeas idênticas, cantoras e compositoras, nascidas em 19 de Setembro de 1980 em Alberta, Canada. Elas começaram ganhando na "Garage Warz", uma competição de música local, e após isso viajaram extensivamente em turnê com vários artistas, incluindo Neil Young, Rufus Wainwright, Ryan Adams, Ben Folds, The Pretenders, The Killers, Little Birdy e Weezer. As duas assinaram com a gravadora Neil Young's Vapor Records. Tegan vive em Vancouver, British Columbia e Sara em Montréal.

There are many versions of this song on the internet, but all I did was look
at a video of Tegan performing It live on the internet. I only focused on
Tegan’s guitar and the chords are actually VERY easy. If you search “My
Number Live at Criminal Records,” you will see what I mean. The strum is
sort of complicated, but it is easy to see on the video. The song is slower
and more gentile than the original album version and they only go through
the whole song once. On the album, they sing the entire song twice.
