A formação atual inclui Rob Thomas (vocal e piano), Brian Yale (guitarra e backing vocal), Paul Doucette (atual baixista, ex - baterista) e Kyle Cook (bateria, percussão e backing vocal); Na formação original, tinha - se Adam Gaynor como guitarrista.
