Biografia:
Three Days Grace é uma banda canadense de alternative metal e post-grunge formada em Norwood, Ontário em 1997 pelos músicos Adam Gontier, Brad Walst e Neil Sanderson.
O nome da banda "Three Days Grace" é nada mais nada menos do que uma reflexão: "Se tivesses três dias para mudar alguma coisa na tua vida, conseguirias fazê-lo?"
História
Originalmente, a banda era um quinteto, e chamava-se Groundswell, e no ínicio de 1992, a banda decide mudar definitivamente seu nome para Three Days Grace.
