Biografia:
Kim Weston (Agatha Natalie Weston) nasceu em 20 Dezembo de 1939, em Detroit, Michigan. Assinou com a Motown Records em 1963. O seu maior êxito foi "Take me in your arms" (Rock me a little wild). Em 1966 gravou um duo com Marvin Gaye "It takes two". A gravação do Black National Anthem. Obrigou a Motown a procurar outra parceira para Marvin Gaye (Tammi Tarrel) que veio a proporcionar ainda maiores sucessos para a marca discográfica.
Kim Weston deixou então a Motown in 1967.
