Deborah "Debby" Ann Ryan (Huntsville, Alabama, 13 de maio de 1993) mais conhecida como Debby Ryan, é uma atriz, cantora e compositora americana mais conhecida por seu papel em séries do Disney Channel como Zack & Cody: Gêmeos a Bordo e Jessie, onde interpretou Bailey Pickett e Jessie, respectivamente.
Debby nasceu na cidade de Huntsville, Alabama. Debby é evangélica; atuou em igrejas, grupos de teatro, e competições de talento. O pai de Debby estava nas Forças Armadas Americanas, então ela morou na Alemanha dos 7 aos 9 anos de idade.
