Conchita Wurst, conhecida simplesmente como Conchita, é uma cantora e drag queen austríaca interpretada por Thomas "Tom" Neuwirth (nascido em 6 de novembro de 1988). Wurst ficou conhecida internacionalmente ao ganhar o Eurovision Song Contest 2014 como representante da Áustria com a canção "Rise Like a Phoenix". Assumidamente gay, Neuwirth usa pronomes masculinos para se referir a si mesmo e femininos para Wurst.
