Depois de muitos anos de expectativa, Bob Weir finalmente anunciou o lançamento de seu primeiro álbum solo em mais de 10 anos. O álbum com "canções de cowboy" se chama Blue Mountain e deve ser lançado em 30 de setembro, de acordo com o site de Weir. Não só isso, mas ele estará apoiando o novo álbum com uma turnê, apresentando datas em ambos os lados do país de 7 a 19 de outubro.
