Influenciado pelo rock clássico e pelo som de Phil Collins, aos 6 anos de idade Alex Goot já dava seus primeiros passos na carreira musical, aprendendo a tocar piano. A partir do ano de 2007 começou a postar seus vídeos musicais no youtube, onde mais tarde viria a se tornar uma das páginas mais acessadas do site.
