Biografia:
Ida Maria Sivertsen é natural de Nesna na Noruega (uma pequena comunidade com menos de 2000 habitantes) e começou a tocar guitarra aos 14 anos .Em 2008, aos 23 anos, lança o seu primeiro disco a sério (Fortress Round My Heart). Em 2010, lançou seu segundo CD somente na Noruega, chamado Katla. Possuidora de uma voz que consegue reunir a delicadeza de uma Fiona Apple com o volume de uma Björk, parece estar equipada para cantar tudo o que lhe vier à cabeça.
