Paul Hayden Desser (nacido en 1971) quien graba con el nombre de Hayden, es un cantautor canadiense.
Sus primeros trabajos son una extensa combinación ecléctica de géneros que van desde el grunge rock hasta el country alternativo, como ha demostrado en su primer album completo, Everything I long for, realizado en 1995. Desde entonces su trabajo se ha convertido progresivamente en algo más tranquilo y maduro. Su último lanzamiento, 2004, Elk Lake Serenade,es casi exclusivamente lento, acústico y más refinado.
