Biografia:
Nascido na e criado no Egito e mais tarde mudou-se para a Grécia, após problemas financeiros na família. Veio a falecer aos 68 anos na Grécia, onde morava, no hospital Hygeia.
Baixista e vocalista do grupo Aphrodite's Child (anos 60), cujo lider e compositor era Vangelis Papathanasiou, também grego que ficou famoso anos depois com música New Age, destacando-se as trilhas sonoras dos filmes Blade Runner e Chariots of Fire.
O Aphrodite's Chld teve muitos sucessos nos anos 60, destacando-se a música Rain and Tears.
