Elena Jane "Ellie" Goulding (nascida em 30 de dezembro de 1986) é uma cantora e compositora inglesa. Natural de Hereford, Goulding morou em Lyonshall durante a infância, período em que aprendeu a tocar instrumentos musicais como clarinete. Aos quatorze anos de idade, aprendeu a tocar violão e, aos quinze, começou a compor música e a participar de competições de canto. Goulding parou seus estudos na Universidade de Kent para seguir carreira musical após ser observada em concursos de talentos na instituição.
