Biografia:
Briskeby fue una banda noruega de pop y new wave procedente de la ciudad de Briskeby (casi un barrio de Oslo) del que toman el nombre. Tras tres fantásticos discos "Jeans for Onassis" (2000), "Tonight, Captain?" (2003) y "Jumping on cars" (2005) y cierta repercusión en Escandinavia la banda se acabó separando. Actualmente su cantante Lise Karlnes encabeza el proyecto Lise Of The Woods mientras el resto de la banda acompaña a Ken Stringfellow de The Posies en la banda The Disciplines.
