Biografia:
Benjamin Francis Leftwich é um cantor e compositor de York (Inglaterra). Aos 21 anos de idade Benjamin Francis Leftwich , se tornou a nova revelação do folk britânico. Além de se inpirar nos vocais melancólicos de José González e Sam Beam (Iron &Wine), Leftwich cita como influências: Elliot Smith, Arcade Fire, Ryan Adams, Sigur Rós e Bruce Springsteen. Seu álbum de estréia "Last Smoke Before The Snowstorm" foi lançado em julho de 2011, produzido por Ian Grimble (Mumford & Sons, Manic Street Preachers, Siouxsie & The Banshees).
