Biografia:
Babybird é uma banda britânica formada em 1995. A banda é liderada por Stephen Jones, que também tem álbuns solos lançados usando seu próprio nome.
Jones começou a escrever canções e gravar demos caserias como parte de um grupo de teatro experimental em Sheffield. Uma coleção dessas demos, I Was Born a Man, foi lançada em julho de 1995, sob o nome de Babybird. Ele recrutou uma banda composta por Huw Chadbourn (teclados), Robert Gregory (percussão)
