Biografia:
Abney Park é uma banda de Industrial (Crossover Folk), de Seattle, Estados Unidos. Ficou conhecida por ser uma banda precursora do gênero Steampunk (desde 1997).
A letra de suas músicas, seu visual e seu som (melodia) trazem muitas referências ao Steampunk, que é um sub-gênero da ficção científica que surgiu na literatura do séc.XIX (Julio Verne, Mary Shelley e Wells) e ganhou formas em diversas áreas, principalmente após o final dos anos 80.
