William "Billy" Ray Cyrus (Flatwoods, Kentucky, Estados Unidos no dia 25 de Agosto de 1961) é um cantor Country, compositor e ator que ajudou a tornar a música Country um fenômeno mundial. É o pai de Miley Cyrus.

Lançou 11 álbuns de estúdio desde 1992, 38 singles, mais conhecido por seu único #1 Achy Breaky Heart, na qual se tornou o primeiro single de sempre a atingir o status de Platina na Austrália e nos mais vendido de 1992 no mesmo país.
