Biografia:
Windhand é uma banda americana de Doom Metal formada em 2008 em Richmond, Virginia. Dois anos depois de sua formação, a banda gravou uma demo composta de duas músicas, com a line-up de Dorthia Cottrell nos vocais, Asechiah Bogdan (também membro da banda Alabama Thunderpussy) e Garrett Morris nas guitarras, Nathan Hilbish no baixo e Jeff Lockus na bateria.
Em seguida do lançamento, Lockus foi substituído por Ryan Wolfe, ex-baterista do The Might Cloud.
