Walk off the Earth is a Canadian indie band formed in Burlington, Ontario. Founded in 2006, the band's first success came from covering the songs of The Gregory Brothers. The video of their cover of Gotye's "Somebody That I Used to Know" featuring The Creepshow's Sarah Blackwood became rapidly popular on YouTube in early 2012, gathering over 33 million views in 2 and a half weeks and received positive responses from both Gotye and his co-singer on the song Kimbra.
Quatro anos de trabalho duro!Neste mês de maio fizemos quatro anos no ar. Continuamos trabalhando na divulgação deste maravilhoso instrumento, obrigado por participar da nossa história!
A lovely cover of Adele's "Someone Like You" from Walk Off The Earth.
The chords are based on and follow the piano throughout the song, but for the parts labelled with brackets, Sarah plays the same chords on the ukulele. I'm not happy about a couple of the chords in the Bridge. The initial D, Em, C and the final C are correct, but the G & D chords just aren't right. Any advice would be greatly received.
