Biografia:
O stellastarr* é um quarteto que se originou em Nova York, formado por: Shawn Christensen (vocal e guitarra), Amanda Tannen (baixo e vocal), Arthur Kremer (percursão e teclado) e Michael Jurin (guitarra e vocal). Primeiramente Shawn, Amanda e Arthur se conheceram durante os anos 90 em uma escola de artes no Brooklyn. As primeiras experimentações dos três colegas com a música começaram com a banda "Ghistor", que teve vida curta. Em 2000, o trio se juntou ao guitarrista Michael Jurin (um ex-estudante do Pratt) e formaram o stellastarr*.
